An upholstered headboard is a very popular furniture piece that can give a bedroom a classic, custom look. You can find them on just about any major retailer’s website, like this one from West Elm.
This queen size Grid Tufted Headboard in basketweave fabric is on sale for $381 with a delivery surcharge of $60.
IKEA sells one called the BEKKESTUA. For a queen size in this natural light gray fabric, the cost is $250.
Lamps Plus sells a queen size version called the Odell that costs $249.99 with free shipping.
The least expensive option that I’ve found is Target’s Solid Upholstered Headboard in queen size. It’s currently on clearance for $199.99 and they have a special offer that you can get 15% off when you spend $150. Also, you can get free shipping if you have a REDcard. So you could potentially buy a queen upholstered headboard for $170. Of course you could DIY one like this beautifully made one, if you’re crafty/handy. But if you need one quickly and don’t feel like making it yourself, Target is not a bad option.
